First time.... My Work Was Recognised!!!!.......

First time............yes........ first time in my life......... this snap was submitted for Agilent iPhoto Contest for the month of August'07...... and fortunately i came runnerup......

This was snapped when i Visited Jurong Bird Park with my parents and sis..........a remarkable viit otherwise............ they din give be enough time to shoot......... look left, look right...... nobody seeing you, just snap..heheheehe.......


Wiki describes that place as "Lory Loft is 3,000 square metres large and about 9 storeys high and is the world's largest walk-in Lory flight aviary, with over 1,000 free-flying lories. The entire ambience adheres to a rainforest vale of tropical Northern Australia. Visitors can offer the lories a special nectar mix and the birds will flock to them."

So................. finally i also own a blog page........but what for............. that i still have to decide............. but i think most of the time, i'll be sharing here my outings for the Shot...... Arrrr don't panic .......this shooting is not to kill.............. but to make them immortal.......with my Canon EOS350D............... a very reliable tool and friend tooo......came into my life some 6 months a ago...... but has proved to be the most loyal one.....Let's see how things goes...............this being one of the first capture from that tool.........not bad aaaannnnnn........
